I arrived in Australia in 1969 after finishing my apprenticeships as chef and waiter in a 5* hotel in my native Bavaria/Germany. From 1978 to 1998 I owned an award-winning restaurant in Sydney.

Influenced by being a German chef and having had 8 restaurants and travelled Europe, Asia and Australia in the past 40 years, I created my dream in NOOSA which became something out of the ordinary, a  stress relieve resort in DOONAN next to NOOSA on the Sunshine coast.

My goal was to establish a peaceful, very private and relaxing  atmosphere on a 10 000 sqm Garden property on the one hand,  but  still be very close to the hassle and bustle of the famous Noosa Heads  with its main beach, classy shopping and great restaurants on the other hand.

The locals call it the “PARADISE OF AUSTRALIA”.
