Cooking Classes with German 5* restauranteur from Sydney: Since training in the best hotel in Munich, I have owned eight successful restaurants in Australia and overseas. The most recent was the well-known "Governor's Pleasure" in Sydney. A sea change decision has led me to Noosa, but I'm still cooking, entertaining, teaching and enjoying life!

The Ambience:
A friendly relaxed party-style atmosphere, with music and lighting specially chosen to match the theme of the day.

The Menu:
Personalized! As groups are no larger than 10 people, we can create menus at your request. Anything is possible. From European to Asian food, or my particular favorite "East meets West". And of course we would be very happy to create a traditional German experience for you. Wine appreciation tips are included.

Our aim is to convert the "necessary task of eating" into a pleasurable hobby. After the class, you will be able to easily create delicious dishes to impress your family and friends. We can advise you how to set up an efficient home kitchen, including equipment and pantry ingredients, to make your cooking easier and more fun.
