The Mind-Body-Spirit Centre is an idea created by us to allow stressed out people to regenerate in the shortest possible time.
After filling out our questionnaire, you will receive a list of our suggestions for your stay. This will include activities and treatments we feel you would enjoy and which would contribute to your well-being.
All activities will be individually tailored to suit your special needs and wishes.
How to get here:

Our rooms:
King size beds in large rooms, air condition, overhead fans and flatscreen TV with DVD player. Very spacious bathrooms and separate toilet and all extras you expect from a 4 star establishment with a 5 star attitude.

We tailor all activities to your request. From getting up to going to bed. As we speak various languages, we can organise a personalised tour guide to ensure you get the most out of your stay.
Destress programs:
We tailor to your needs - Laze around the pool, or read a good book on the Bali hut daybed. Experience a full exfoliation, facials, pedicure and manicure. A selection of massage types are available for you to choose from including various remedial techniques. Experience total relaxation, all in the comfort of our exclusive Flintstone cave complete with spa and waterfall.

In 10minutes the famous Noosa Heads and its Hasting Street for exceptional shopping and great restaurants. Also the popular Main Beach with one of the world’s best National parks with spectacular rocky outcrops and small picturesque beaches. A whole set of trees with koala bears just above your walkway.
In 10 min the famous Eumundi Markets (open Wed. and Sat).
In 40 min the Blackall Mountains with most spectacular views over the sunshine coast and the glasshouse mountains. A Day tour simply a must.
The Paradise of Queensland, NOOSA, that offers everything from boating, camping, fishing, surfing parachuting, jet-boating, horse riding ,tenpin bowling, a trip to the Everglades, Rain- forests at Kenilworth, the colored sands on the north shore, organized tours to Frazer-island and Whale-watching tours (seasonal).

NOOSA’S EDGE RETREAT is located next to Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. It is a lovely 10.000 sqm property with gardens incorporating areas of Italian, Chinese, and Japanese themes, a bamboo grove, rainforest, and a dam with water-lilies.
The gardens provide sanctuary for native birds such as kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, miner birds, bush turkeys and kingfishers.
Your schedule can be flexible with changes made on a day-to-day basis.
